Shipping Policy

At M2 Energy, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while ensuring your products arrive safely and in good condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not typically processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays. Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside of M2 Energy's control.

M2 Energy is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, M2 Energy is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building's mail area, or other designated delivery locations. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue.

If a package is confirmed by the carrier to have been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Do not discard the damaged product or packaging until we have had an opportunity to review your claim.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at M2 Energy's discretion.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to M2 Energy because of an incorrect address, insufficient address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, we may contact you regarding available options.

Additional shipping charges may apply if you request that the order be shipped again.

International Shipping

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, M2 Energy currently ships to destinations where shipping is available through our checkout system.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

M2 Energy is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues caused by customs or government authorities.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products, destinations, or shipping methods may be subject to additional restrictions. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

M2 Energy reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when shipping to a particular destination is not available or when fulfillment would violate applicable laws or carrier restrictions.
